- - Bring the invoice for the order.
- - By law, all fresh and frozen foods and baked goods are non-refundable or non-exchangeable.
- - All returns must be received within the delivery times, otherwise you can bring the returned product yourself to our Company headquarters during working hours from 8 am to 5 pm .
- - The return shall be notified within 24 hours of the date of delivery.
- - The customer bears the shipping costs upon return.
- - Food products are returned within 24 hours of receiving the order .
